Hosana Morales and Jiwon Jung had a one hour talk to Philips Design employees at Philips Design High Tech Campus, Eindhoven. The title of the presentation was ‘How can 305 online user-stories inspire the design process? A Natural-Language-Processing approach to enhance the design process of a pediatric healthcare ecosystem.’ During their talk, they shared their perspectives on the implementation of data science techniques in the design process. The focus of their presentation was on the project Bo, a smart Product- Service-System aiming to support parents and their children with a heart defect to understand the safety-boundaries of exercise during free-living conditions.
