Call for participants: Testing influence of food textures

Participants (age 20-35) wanted for a graduation project testing food textures.
Graduation student Heidi Mao is now recruiting participants for her graduation project. Her project is about how food textures can influence conscious eating and satiation. She is conducting several tests for testing food samples with different textures/mouthfeel.
In the test, you will be offered different food samples (made with pork, carrot and chocolate), and what you need to do is to taste them and fill in a questionnaire.

- Testing time: 1/Sep (FULL), 4/Sep (FULL), 7/Sep, 8/Sep and 11/Sep
- Test duration: 1 hour
- Reward: a €5 VVV voucher as compensation for your time
- Location: IO faculty (the room number will be announced later)
- Important Note: The samples may contain pork, lactose, nuts and gluten. If you have food allergy or specific diet, please contact Heidi before you participate!
