On invitation of ErfgoedBrabant, MuseumFutures lab organised a workshop about integral storytelling for museums.
On 3 November 2016 MuseumFutures lab organised a workshop for museum professionals with Heritage Institute ErfgoedBrabant. Aim was to help volunteers and professionals from small village museums brainstorm how they can organize integral visitor programs embedding visitis to their museums into the visitor’s programs. Personas and visitor journeys
Participants engaged in developing personas for visitors, and designed visitors journeys that next to a visit to their museum includes other activities their visitors could engage in, on the day they visit their museum.
The day was concluded by the participants enthusiastically presenting their results.
