Mini-symposium on pictorial space
05 Jul 2024 - 05 Jul 2024 12:45 - 17:00
Norbert Roozenburg room, Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering (Building 32), TU Delft
Pictorial space is the imaginary space that our mind constructs when we see a picture. The topic is central to the history of pictorial communication, and seems to grow even more relevant as we arrived in an era where differences between pictures and reality gradually vanish.
We are very excited to have gathered international experts on this topic to spend a day in Delft contemplating the nature of pictorial space. If you would like to participate either in person or online you can fill in a form. There is some place left for last minute contributions, so feel free to contact us with a proposal.
