This project evaluated the Box service of the LUMC, which enables heart attack patients to self-monitor after the infarction. In this context, the cardiology department plans to take the next steps to expand this service and provide effective and quality care using e-Health medical devices. Nevertheless, they are dependent on different stakeholders to do so. Many valuable insights during the project led to recommendations for improvement and guidelines to develop a new product that fits patient lifestyle.
