Through the PhD project 'Designing the Protein Shift' we aim to understand how problem and solution framing can help accelerate our dietary transition from animal proteins to mostly plant-based proteins. We do research at the cross section between behavior change, reframing theory, systemic design, transition management and food culture. This initiative is driven by a consortium consisting of public and private partners like the University of Wageningen, the University of Utrecht, Unilever, Danone and the Netherlands Nutrition Center.
